Cancellation Policy
- All services once confirmed will be paid in full.
- Any reservations if cancelled between 30 and 15 days of the arrival date will incur a 15% cancellation charge of the total invoice amount.
- Any cancellation of a reservation received within 5 days of the arrival date will incur 50% of the cancellation amount of the total invoice.
- Any cancellation of reservation less than 5 days will attract 100% cancellation.
- All flights issued will be non-endorsable / non re routable and non- refundable, the flight cancellation is to be considered in exclusivity.
